This a large green velvet Victorian photoalbum filled with 56 cabinet cards. At 13 ½ x 11 inches (3” thick), it is larger than most albums. There are 15 double sided pages for a total of 60 photo slots. All but 4 slots are filled with cabinet cards of women, men, babies, older children, and wedding photos. Most photos are from St. Louis and a few from the east coast. The album weighs over 9 pounds. There is a large ornate medallion on the front measuring 7 x 6 inches. It is made of a hard material, but I can’t tell exactly what. It’s starting to come unglued so I didn't want to disturb it too much. Condition: Velvet is worn off around the edges. Latch is missing. A few of the picture slots are torn. Pages are soiled from handling over the years. The only detached page is the blank page in the back. See photos for condition details. Feel free to send questions. Thank you for looking! Payment I only accept PayPal. Auction payment is appreciated within 3 days of auction end unless prior arrangement has been made.
