I have been knapping for over 15 years and have made many thousands of knives--all made one at a time with much care and devotion to quality in each piece. My company name is Timberline Art, located in Sequim Washington. I have no affiliation with other ebay sellers although you may see my name in other sellers auctions; usually they are trying to convince you that somehow mentioning my name makes theirs a better knife. I am considered to be one of the best FOG knappers in the world. There are others ,too, who do top notch work but you rarely see them here on ebay. I am comitted to making the best obsidian blade knife I can, so you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. I do not use fancy words to "sell" my knives--just straight talk that you can understand and trust to be true. My knives have fine edges, and the flakes run in one set from the edge to the center without having to be reworked into a clumsy cutting surface. Take a close look and you will see that I achieve a thinner than paper edge. My blades are sharp, and the cutting surfaces are authentically close to the edgework of our ansestors.
