Original pencil signed Birger Sandzen lithograph from 1925 titled " Dream Lake ". T is a #39 written in pencil on the corner. According to the Birger Sandzen Memorial Gallery curator, t were 100 Dream Lake prints made. This litho is in great condition with no water marks or tears. It was framed in Lindsborg, Kansas in 1971.

Print: 20 3/4" x 25 3/8"
Frame: 25" x 31 1/4"
Can be shipped with or without the frame and/or glass.
Updated : I removed the print to take detailed pictures. T is one 1/4" tear along the mid-upper right edge. Also, you can see some wrinkling and minor discoloration near the corners and edges. This may be normal, but I am not an art expert. Please ask if you need further detailed photographs taken. Thanks.
