Hello Folks today i'm listing several hunting, and military knives, that i've bought out of Maine homes over the last few months..This auction is for a large 2 blade Case clasp knife. Knife is a little over 9" long overall, but one blade is slightly shorter than the other. Blades are highly patinized, and have a very strong snap, and are not pitted. main blade says CASE XX on one side, and 6265SAB on the other. Handles are red bone. one handle has a slight crack running from the bolster through the first pin, really hard to see, you will need a magnifying glass to see it, just mention to be accurate. Lady i bought this from said it belonged to her husband, who had it with him aboard ship during WW11 w he made this fantastic sheath, with fancy rope work. knife fits into the sheath very well.(see pics) Overall a very nice example..HONEST, OLD, AND MARKET FRESH...Please check out my other knives i have listed right now...
