In 1921, Shoeless Joe Jackson was banned from baseball due to his alleged involvement in the Black Sox scandal of 1919 but he has had no shortage of fans as is demonstrated by this outpouring to Jackson and his family in the form of letters, sympathy cards, Christmas cards, Post cards, Get-Well cards, etc. Much of the correspondence is to Mrs. Jackson in addition to Joe, and originally came from a Jackson family member. Condition: Overall EX-MT.
