A LARGE COLLECTION OF STAMPS & AN OLD STAMP ALBUM WITH MANY STAMPS IN IT. PLUS FIRST DAY COVERS. My father gave me a large collection of stamps and in 1952 I started putting some in an album. The rest are still in boxes. I have also collected more over the years plus first day covers and various other bits. These have been kept over the years and I never got to put them in albums. I will try and describe some of them below. Stamp Album dated 1952 containing many stamps from different countries. A box of foreign stamps approximately 400 plus. On paper. A box of British stamps approximately 700 plus. On paper. A small box off paper about 25 British and Channel Isles. A small box of about 110 foreign stamps off paper. Small box of about 40 British stamps (including 1948 Olympic Games, British Empire Exhibition, George VI & Elizabeth 1923 - 1948, Victoria & George 1840 -1940, George VI & Elizabeth 12 May 1937, Edward 8th uncrowned, Silver Jubilee 1910 - 1935 (not sure which King), British Empire & Commonwealth Games, Scouts Jubilee Jamboree, and 2 x 1/2d. Old king not sure if George or Edward. A box of about 200 British stamps (mostly new) including pre-decimal. Packet of RSPCA (15 stamps) new. Packet of 4 British D-Day new stamps. Packet of 15 new British stamps including a large World Cup 1966, Mexico 1970 World Cup large
