This is a large doll's house measuring 41" (105cm) long x 17" (43cm) deep x 19" (49cm) to eaves, plus 9" (22cm) to ridge. Overall height 28" (71cm) It is actually a 1/12th scale model of my house, constructed by a specialist doll's house manufacturer which I ordered with the intention of finishing the decorating etc, but never got round to doing it! It is constructed of plywood and has the doors and windows in situ, together with the internal walls/stairs etc. A certificate of authenticity from the maker is included (see picture) It obviously needs some work to make it look better, but would be an excellent project for the keen DIY person to complete before Christmas. The buyer will need to collect, but I could deliver FOC within a 15 mile distance from my home.
