This is a lovely dolls house. Generous room sizes. We had items that were 12th scale in this and it looked perfect. Am now upgrading to a mansion!60Wx37.5Dx60H cms.Some rooms could do with refurbishing, most carpets were fairly new. Does have lighting but some do not work or are needing to be glued fully on. 2 halves of windows (the see through plastic part) are missing. Otherwise it's all there. Please see photos.
