Very nice authentic dovetail point measuring 4 1/8 inches long, and 1 7/16 inches wide. Material is river stained chert. It was found on the Tennessee river in Kentucky. This is a investment grade dovetail with great patina and ancient resharpinings. Jackson Galleries has examined this artifact and determined it to be indeed ancient and authentic. Due to past problems with authenticators typing points and materials different, I am selling this with this coa only, I will not send it to another authenticator or refund if they have a different opinion of this piece .
