OVER SIZED FINE HIGH GRADE BOHEMIAN GARNET CLUSTER BRACELET Ca 1870's Authentic Victorian original highest quality MAGNIFICENT BEAUTY! Those of you who follow my site know that I like Bohemian garnets and have had some very nice, high quality pieces for sale. I have been collecting and selling these pieces for many years. This bracelet is by far one of the most fabulicious, exceptional pieces I have ever owned...I'd say it is in the top five for quality, design, awesome eye-popping drama and overall stunning gorgeousness! Royalty would have been proud to wear this and very well may have. This is not some tiny, insignificant cluster bracelet, this is a STAR!...read on. Now to the description. It is a VERY FINE, extra large, antique Bohemian garnet multiple cluster link bracelet with all original genuine stones intact and in near mint condition. The bracelet consists of seven smaller round two tier cluster links and one very large two tier round cluster link in the center. The "smaller" clusters each measure ¾" in diameter and are 5/16" tall from top to bottom. The large central cluster measures over 1" in diameter and is 3/8" tall from top to bottom. See the picture with the quarter for size. The seven links each consist of a lower circular tier of sixteen 2mm rose cut garnets hand prong set in garnet gold bezels. The upper circular tier consists of twelve alternating 1 ½ mm and 2mm rose cut prong set Bohemian garnets surrounding a round cut bezel set 6 mm garnet. The links are connected by a series of rings. In the center of the bracelet is a larger round two tier cluster. The lower level consists of twenty 2 ½ mm rose cut prong set garnets. The upper level consists of an outer circle with eighteen 2 ½ mm garnets and an inner circle consisting of six 3mm Bohemian garnets surrounding a 6mm round cut bezel set garnet. The bracelet closes with a hidden box slide clasp which is under one of the links and has a safety chain. Please note: I have detached the safety chain at one end to photograph this and will leave it detached for shipping for safety. Any jeweler can reattach this in less than a minute for you. The clasp is marked Czechoslovaki and written partially in the Czech alphabet. The settings are in excellent condition with minor wear from age and all stones are secure with no broken or replaced garnets. The color on this bracelet is spectacular. It ranges from the deep purpley red of the gorgeous pyrope/almadine garnets to a firey blood red when they sparkle and twinkle in the light.
