Up for your consideration: This Thickly encrusted Gold cabinet specimen. This comes from a fascinating 1940's Colorado and Nevada rock collection that we are listing. All items are guaranteed authentic and unique. Just under one pound (14.8 ounces) and measures 5 and 1/2 inches in length and 3 and 1/4 inches across and 2 and 1/2 inches thick. This is a rarer sedimentary rock specimen with layers of white quartz gold. It is thickly encrusted with gold mica throughout and gold veins running through the center all the way up! I did not want to list it as gold ore because it is much more than just dust! These are actual mica layers! I tried to photograph it in flash, no flash regular outside daylight and no flash inside daylight to let you see just how breathtaking this large gold specimen is. Alas my photographic skills do not do this justice. This specimen is guaranteed to be the center jewel in your crown collection! Also a splendid any occasion gift.
