This is a true auction, t is no reserve! You're bidding on an old gold ring being sold as-is. This ring has minor vintage wear and scratches. ( More photos or CLOSE-UPS are available via email. ) This ring belonged to my Mom. When my Mom was alive she collected all kinds of antique & costume jewelry. This ring has an exquisite tall gold etched setting. This ring has: "585 *985 VI" stamped on the inside. I don't know what size the ring is or the gram weight. The ring has an approx. 20 mm diameter on the inside (see photo with caliper.) This is a gorgeous ring. T's a light blue marquis shaped stone; it might even have a light shade of purple? I don't know if this is a real stone or colored glass ( I imagine it must be something special for a jeweler to set it in gold.) The stone is held in place by four tabs so if you need to change out the stone it looks like an easy job. Insurance is always recommended for valuable gold rings. This will make a wonderful addition to your vintage ring collection! Good luck bidding!
