Albumin type photograph with board measuring ca 8 x 5 inches with the image measuring ca 7 1/2 x 4 1/2 inches probably dating from the last quarter of the 1800s.. A large group of workers from the Shortsville Wheel Co. The back, fortunately, has the company name written on it. It also has a name I cannot clearly decipher and Canandaigua, NY also written on the back. The image shows a large production of wheels with workers on the porch roof and in lines across the front. Several of the workers wear aprons and also several workers hold tools. It is a very interesting picture with local history information.
