Beautiful large country style rooster cookie jar. It has gorgeous coloring to it..hand painted/tinted ceramic...beiges body with rose and blad wings, black and gray tail feathers and even greenery around base with brown fence. Very proud, distinct look to his face. Like it said it is large...stands 13 1/2" tall and is 11" front to back. the Head/Neck area removes to store cookies, pasta, or anything you would need. It is marked on the bottom GKRO, hand wash only. Not recommended for microwave or dishwasher. Overall in beautiful shape...a few minute spots look like they could be chips, but with the way the color is applied...it does really snow...nice nice nice.
