This large and wonderful hand painted trinket box is a vintage item from the 1950's. It is in excellent shape with no defects and was only used as a decorative item in a china cabinet. It is a numbered item from Portugal marked with the Ceramica Coimbra name Portugal. The box is round and has a diameter across top of 6 inches including lip. It stands at 3 inches in height and it is a heavy weight with a white inside. The box is beautifully painted in many colors to depict a large bird on a limb with flowers and vines, an unusual box as most others have animals painted on them. A wonderful addition to any Ceramica Coimbra collection. From my non-smoking home, please ask questions before bidding. Shipping shown is for the lower 48 only.
