This auction features a fantastic pair of vintage 1970's ZUNI Sterling Silver and stone Pin/Pendant. It is a ZUNI Inlay of a Hummingbird sipping nectar from a flower. It is not signed, but is attributed to ZUNI John Hawley. The bird is absolutely Hawley's style of hummingbird. This piece is large and impressive, and measures approx 2 1/4" wide in diameter. It was constructed of HEAVY guage silver, and is heavy! It weighs aoorix 43 grams. It is in excellent condition, with nothing missing, nothing added. No damage or repairs. It has been extremely well rendered by hand. The work appears clean and tight. It is a QUALITY Piece! It is also a market fresh estate piece, recently acquired from the estate of its original Scottsdale , Arizona owner. It has been stored away in a jewelry box, unworn for decades.All items are sold 'as is' and are described to the best of our ability.
