The Ingraham Clock Company of Bristol, Connecticut produced a line of superior wall calendar clocks including this handsome model which they named the 'HARTFORD'. This clock is completely original (something that one rarely finds these days). The original dial paper is in excellent condition(see photograph) and the solid Oak case also retains its original finish without breaks or chips. The mechanism includes a strike on the half hours and full count on the hours as well as a working calendar mechanism. The pendulum "bob" is of excellent quality (see photograph) and is original to the clock. Even the key was with this clock from the beginning...suggesting that the clock probably never changed hands or owners throughout its lifetime...just waiting for you or another lucky owner to acquire it at this time. This is a beauty and better than most that we find of this style.
