OLD MCCOY YELLOWWARE GREEN MIXING BOWL Up for bids this old McCoy pottery bowl in an interesting pattern and moss green glaze. This large bowl stands 5" tall and measures 8 1/2" diameter across the top. It originally belonged to an elderly gentleman in our town and has been in my own kitchen since 1974. The design is Sunrise with sunbursts on the bottom corners. T are no cracks or hairlines. The photos show not only it's beautiful lines, but also the flaws. The third photo shows two production flaws underneath the rim. The next photo shows a glaze pop bottom inside of the bowl. Finally, the last photo shows several dark spots on the rim and one chip about 1/4". The bowl is not marked with the familiar McCoy mark but can be found in the McCoy Pottery Book. Bowl will be securely packaged in bubble wrap and shipped via Priority Mail. Insurance is highly recommended as we take care in packaging but cannot be responsible once it leaves our hands.
