is a classic arts and crafts style mirror built out of "Black Walnut". We have used as always the same glue joint methods of the early artisans incorporating mortise and tenons. To best understand mortise and tenon joinery click on check out my other items ! and look at the photo showing the double tenons which fit perfectly into the double mortises. Or go to and look at the mirror called "Rising Sun" showing this double mortise and tenon. This is a glue joint which we are proud of and it will not fail, ever! This is a technique that is accurate to the thousandth of an inch. We use a state of the art piece of equipment that is surpassed by none. After sanding every segment to 150 grit sandpaper, we hand rubbed on several coats of a "Red Mahagony" stain followed by several coats of a gloss polyurethane. Sanding lightly between coats. This gives it an incredible sharp finish.

The nice touch with this mirrror is it can be flipped end for end to be hung with the shelf at the top of the mirror or at the bottom of the mirror. Check out the photos to see what we mean.
