This is a specimen of a rare large Diacalymene sp. from the Henryhouse formation of Ada, Oklahoma. Silurian in age. The specimen comes with an old label but I believe the species is currently Calymene clavicula based on the locality. The fossil is Silurian in age, which is older and rarer than the devonian trilobites that Oklahoma is usually known for. The trilobite measures 5 cm long, 3 cm wide, and 1 cm thick. It is very well prepped and completely 3-D. The preservation is excellent, the only thing missing is the right cheek, the left cheek appears to be somehow folded under but it's t, check out the pictures for yourself. The piece looks very neat from underneath as well. A great oppertunity to add a fabulous rare piece to your collection!Feel free to message me if you have any questions!Shipping will be $7.00 via priority mail to anyw in US.
