You are bidding on a beautiful rare glazed signed CAPODIMONTE figurine featuring 4 people sitting on a bench. This is an unusual CAPODIMONTE piece because it is done in a glaze finish. Most CAPODIMONT E figurines are done in the matte finish. The first figure is an aristocratic older woman. She is wearing a blue suit with her coat draped over her shoulder. She is holding her white puppy by a green leash on her lap. Her hand bag is under the puppy's front paws. Her demeanor is very disdainful as evidenced by her nose in the air. Next is a "Kentucky Colonel" figure. He is dressed in a light brown suit with yellow vest and orange socks. He is wearing a dark gray hat. He is busy reading his newspaper and trying to ignore the little inquisitive boy on the end. The third figure is a young mother dressed in a white top, green skirt and pink short sleeved sweater. She is smiling at her small son very lovingly while trying to discourage him from bothering the older couple. The last but not least figure is the little inquisitive boy. He is dressed in a light blue suit with matching hat. He is leaning far forward to catch a glimpse of the older couple and their puppy. The bench is brown with a rolled top and front.
