For your consideration, a very large and rare set of Salem Free Form Cherry Blossom dinnerware What you have is a full service for 6 in excellent condition with some extras (most in excellent condition; a few damaged as noted below). Not a single piece has any makers marks of any kind but it is undoubtedly the classic Salem Free Form shapes. I do not officially know if "Cherry Blossom" is the name of the pattern but am calling it that based on the decoration.8 berry bowls 5.25" diameter7 bread and butter plates 6.25" diameter8 lug soups/cereals 6" diameter. 1 has a tiny glazed over nick on the edge of one lug handle; 1 has an approx. 1" hairline; 1 has a 5/16" chip under the rim.8 dinners 10.5" diameter8 cups - the classic 3 footed. 3.75" diameter x 2 1/8" high. 1 cup has some factory glazed over pits on the edge of the handle; 1 has a 3/8" chip on the back of the handle.8 saucers with well to hold the 3 footed cup1 sugar and lid - 3 footed, approx. 4.5" high x 4" wide1 vegetable bowl 10" wide x 1.5" high1 platter 14.25" x 11.5"; has a few glazed over pits at the tab handle.51 pieces total Note: for this auction, please ignore the quoted shipping price as I might have to ship in multiple boxes to ensure safe delivery.
