Just out of a local estate is this sterling silver Gorham 4 1/2 pint pitcher. This pitcher weighs 1 Lb. 7.7 Oz... It measures about 8 3/4" to the tallest point on the handle, 8 1/2" from end of spout to the back of the handle, and 6 3/4" across at its widest body point. As the photos show it is used with scratches , dings and some dents.. The handle has a dent. The body has some 9-11 dings and dents. The rim is pretty clean but has some scratching. As shown in the photos the base has some bent areas. It is also monogrammed with what looks to be "FRA". This is still a nice looking large older Gorham piece, and I believe it can be put back into much better condition with some repair. Again, this pitcher has been well used and is being sold in "AS IS" condition!! Please bid with confidence. High bidder to pre-pay with Paypal, money order, cashiers check, or personal check (around 10 days to clear)...... Buyer also responsible for Shipping and Handling costs. I only ship US Postal Priority Mail with confirmation within the U.S.... Insurance is MANDATORY so please wait for my invoice once auction is finished. Good Luck! ..On May 14th, 2007 the U.S. Post Office significantly raised ALL of their international and domestic rates. Most critical is a brand new charge for package 'shape' (i.e., volume). This can double, or even triple the cost of shipping non-standardized USPS boxes by Priority mail. Shipping using Parcel Post is now included as an option on ONLY larger boxed items . I will only ship smaller and midsize items Priority Mail. .
