I believe this vintage sewing cabinet was hand made. It has a wood frame covered on the outside with material that is held on with upholstery nails. The inside is lined with a sturdy brown material which has plenty of pockets for storage. It also has wooden shelves, some with nails to hold the spools of thread. T are 2 metal handles on the top and a metal eye hook for closing it. Very unusual!!! Inside it is loadedand I believe most of it is vintage! T are spools of thread, Bias tape, rick rack, ribbon, lace, binding, sewing needles, pins, thimbles, tape measures, snaps, hook & eyes, & knitting needles. T is a tracing wheel, elastic pull through, stitch holder, stitch measure, pumpkin pin cushion, and more that I have no idea about!!! This measures 31" tall, 18 1/2" across closed ( 37" open ), and 5" wide.
