This is probably the best lot I've ever assembled, hard to see some of these go but I had a lot of fun putting these little treasures together. Lots of lady buttons, pinks, purples, roses, it's a very feminine assortment, can't say enough! I did not see any condition issues with any except for one glass button that I just saw was missing it's shank, that was really it. Please don't expect perfection on these since they are antiques and flaws are sometimes not seen but I really did look thoroughly over these. So, don't want to write a novel but will say that these are very beautiful buttons. This lot contains 33 rhinestone buttons-from dimi to GIGANTIC, the largest button in the lot is pictured middle top row, pastes on gold/brass, that button is pierced and is just stunning! The next is enamel and painted metal buttons, 29 of those, some real beauties too, a couple with cut steels but just counted them in this grouping, next is cut steels, 16 of those, one HUGE one that is also quite heavy. Next grouping is 9 porcelain buttons, flowers and ladies, lady in pink with helmet is marked Limoges on back...next grouping is celluloids and mop inlays, one has lady that looks like Marie Antoinette, nine of those, a whopping 128 GLASS BUTTONS and then 90 various metals. Lots of Art Nouveau, Victorian, Edwardian, these are all OLD. Lots of the glass buttons have 4 way shanks, also some paperweights, charm string buttons, cameos, flowers, roses, so many pretty ones!No new buttons, not even just vintage, these are antique! I took plenty of photos, metals are also tinted, some mirrorbacks or twinkles, flowers, filigree,picture, etc. I do not include those that were damaged. If I missed something, it's minor! There's some sets as well as individuals. Always happy to combine shipping, whatever can fit in flat rate boxes and I only charge actual shipping costs, both domestic and international.
