This very rare and beautiful Steuben glass Mink measures 8-1/2" long and 4-1/4" high. Designed by Lloyd Atkins in 1976 it is shape # 8333 and was only produced for a very short time (Circa 1977-1978). It weighs 3 lbs. T were 2 designs of this animal. This is the 'sitting' version and t was also an upright version(See the last photo which was taken from a 1978 Steuben Catalogue). It is properly signed 'Steuben' in script and aside from one or two very faint wear lines on the bottom it is perfect! This mink is extremely scarce and rarely comes up for sale.(One previously sold on eBay for $3800.)Please see our other auctions and visit our eBay store.
