Here for sale is a Very Unusual, Large Victorian Jelly Mould, It is Rectangular in overall shape with a Rounded Ridged Top. This measures 22.5cm x 13cm in diameter and 12cm tall. I think this has been for a Savoury Jelly. Its shape is very unusual and I think anything coming out of this mould would look rather grand . Actually if this doesn't sell I might just try it to see what the finished product looks like. This is a very heavy Mould and I apologise but I will not be able to post it anywhere except mainland UK as postage costs would be astronomical. This has been very well used but remains useable and in fair condition for its age. There are 2 small chips to corners inside and 1 very shallow slice from the top smaller than a 5p piece. There is also a 1cm crack on one edge but this seems to be the glaze that is cracked rather than the actual mould. I have tried to take photos of all the faults. There is discolouration and staining commensurate with age and good use, this just adds to its character and individuality. IMPORTANTINFORMATION. Packaging : I always wrap extremely well, I use quality bubble wrap and I recycle packaging to be ' green ' (and also to save money!). However I do have to buy bubble wrap, Brown paper and tape.
