BEAUTIFUL LARGE WOODEN DOLLS HOUSE FIVE ROOMS PLUS FURNITURE & ACCESSORIES All wooden dolls house completely refurbished internally. The house roof tiles have been coloured to resemble a weathered effect. The house is carpeted in two rooms (Bedroom & Lounge) plus both stairs. All rooms are furnished and the attic has a woven fringed floor carpet, this is a genuine miniature woven carpet from Turkey. All windows and both doors (balcony and down-stairs front door are glazed (transparent acetate) the front door has a hand painted Rose on the acetate. There are net curtains and drapes through out (nets have sticky pads so these can be removed easily if required) the cotton drapes are on wooden rods. The house has been on display it is in very good clean condition. However it does have a couple of external blemishes to the paint work due to use though nothing detrimental. There are extra bits of accessories (see photo) these have never been opened and are still in their packets. The front of the house both sides opens out fully to reveal two ground floor rooms, one being the kitchen and the other room the lounge. The two rooms on the upper floor are the bedroom and the bathroom, then via another staircase up to the attic (front part of the roof opens up and hinges back. The attic is used as a study room which doubles up as a further bedroom with its own on suite bathroom. The attic could be used for any number of uses, an extra room for guests / family to stay, a playroom for the kids or another quiet retreat for the adults. This is a beautiful house and I am quite sure that it will be of interest to someone. The rooms can be arranged to suit any style. The house is not really suitable as a young childs doll house, simply because of all the delicate small parts. I would prefer that the house be collected but if need be I will package it for delivery, however if it is sent via carrier this will reflect on the postage cost because of the weight, please take this into consideration when bidding.
