This auctions for an outstanding LARGE Hull Continental Vase in the most Desirable Midnight Blue color. These are so contemporary looking and are HIGHLY sought after by Interior Designers, as well as collectors of contemporary American Art Pottery.... These being made by on of the oldest & most collectible American art potters helps !!! The color is extraordinary Look at how DEEP, and RICH, and,,,,,,,,,, how it reflects the sunlight in our Pics with its ULTRA HIGH GLOSS glaze.. These vases have become Quite the rage in the last couple of years and t are a number of similar designs being made today, just look at any fine furniture store, or gallery.......AND this ones the ORIGINAL !!!!! The GIGANTIC vase measures an impressive 14Ã,½" tall, Its about 7 Ã,½" wide at its widest, with a 1 1/4" neck top, 4Ã,½" vase opening, and a 4" base ring...... The color is this gorgeous Midnight Blue color, With Textured White stripes that kind of FEATHER into the Midnight Blue, this vase has THE MOST AMAZING DEEP Glaze application, it seems to be 30 coats of clear deep, its truly outstanding !!!! The condition is factory MINT,,,,ABSOLUTELY No Chips, Cracks, and NO noted Crazing either. The bottom pics show the remnants of some old tape residue This is not damage and comes right off !!!! This piece is Gorgeous and WILL NOT DISAPPOINT, or your MONET back !!!! How much better does it get?????????? Its fully marked (incised) Hull 57 <<<<< as in 1957 the date of production, and USA.....This is a substantial piece and WEIGHS accordingly, its also as stated RATHER large & will require an over sized box so it'll be a little more costly to ship this one !!!! I'll be fair & we never charge a "handling fee". Insurance is optional, but HIGHLY recommended on this auction........
