Up for auction is my Vintage Lasonic TRC-931 Boombox radio. It's in good overall condition. Everything works well except the main cassette player can use a new belt. I bought this radio about 5 years ago and only used it once in a while. The Cassette worked fine when I first got it. I played a few tapes on it without any problems. Last year I tried it again and the tape played slowly. Tried again recently and it didn't move at all. When you take the tape out, it spins nornally. Also, missing one of the plastic button covers that ejects the cassette on the small tape player. The button however works fine, it's just hard to press since the button cover is missing and the metal is small and thin, so you can't really press it with your finger. The radio plays nicely and the tuner works well on AM as well as FM. Shortwave works too, but the stations seem hard to catch. Don't know if that's normal or not. The handle seems to be slightly warped, but not bad at all. Functions fine though. A nice boom box overall, would look great in your collection. Just a bit dusty from sitting. Comes from a smoke and pet free home.
