Late 1950s Art Donovan Baltimore Colts professional model jersey. Blue dureen jersey with three quarter length sleeves has blue and white shoulder stripe accents. Player number "70" appears on front, back, and sleeves. "MacGregor" manufacturers tag on front tail noting size (50) has adjacent "XL" and wash tags. Exceptionally well preserved with light usage and wash wear evident throughout. A stand out player on a team loaded with talent, Art Donovan helped anchor the Baltimore Colts defense for nearly a decade. A key figure on both their 1958 and 59 Championship teams, his crucial overtime tackle during "The Greatest Game Ever Played" allowed Johnny Unitas to lead the Colts (80) yard scoring drive to win.
