This late 19th century pipebag measures about 28 inches long. It has a similar, traditional geometric design on each side. Both sides are photographed. The fringe is a bit stiff. The body of the bag, however, is nicely soft. The bag has a nice patina from its age. It had s couple of tears near the top of the bag, which is common, but they have been repaired with patches on the inside of hide, so they are not noticeable from the outside. We have concentrated on them in photos 6 and 8 so you can see. The bag is very close to its original condition and could be used as it once was. Low reserve. It will sell. See our other auctions.
