Late Qing Chinese Turquoise Brush Washer Bowl

Feedback is a huge issue for sellers. The new rules of ebay make the detailed feedback (the stars) as important as whether the feedback is positive or not. By giving a seller 1 or 2 stars you may cause him/her additional expenses on ebay fees of hundreds of dollars a month for a long period of time. Please contact me before leaving a less than perfect feedback to discuss any problem .

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. .

Every one of my auctions comes with a quote of shipment and handling within the US. It is the same to any zip code in the US Every package

Shipping :
I ship Priority Mail, parcel post or Fedex Ground within the USA, whichever is cheapest except when Priority is not much more expensive than parcel post, in which case I may upgrade you to give you better service.
International packages will be shipped Priority Mail Internationl or Express Mail. International bidders please email me to get the shipping and handling charge before you bid. I do not ship without a tracking number.
I aim to ship as fast as possible after but since I work alone sometimes it cannot be done. If I have to attend auctions then it will take a little longer but will done as soon as possible. Please rest assured that I will take good care of your items.
I have shipped thousands of packages so I really know how to pack. I always use a good box, new bubble wrap and enough shipping peanuts. I will double box when I beleive that it is necessary and I will price it accordingly. If you want me to double box and item which I haven't intended on double boxing I will charge you additional fee to cover the double boxing expenses.
Payment :

Please read my shipping and handling policy carefully and please don't bid if you disagree.

I do not make money on shipping but I price it so that on the average I get paid a fair amount to cover my big expenses and hard labor. If you live in the East Coast area chanses are that you paid more and if you are far away what I spent may get pretty close to what you paid and sometimes will be even more than what you paid. The handling is in cluded in the charge and you will never be charged more than the quoted amount.

The shipping and handling charge is for Priority mail, Parcel Post or Fedex Ground, whichever is the least expensive (if there is a small difference between priority mail and parcel post I may upgrade you just to give you better service). International bidders please don't bid before you e-mail for rate.

Insurance is paid separately (not through the postal service) for every package that I ship. I use flat shipping and handling. When I decide how much it will be I don't know how much the shipping will actually cost me. This is an estimate and it is very possible that I will spend on shipping less or more than you paid but I will neither refund nor ask you for more money for shipping if I under estimated it. If you live close to me, it is very possible that you paid more for shipping than it actually cost but please keep in mind that I charge the same amount from people who live in Hawaii or Alaska.
