Lawrence & Grundy Falcon Ware Cottage DECO JUG #216 NR Album Album Album ***** WELCOME TO OUR AUCTION ***** NEVER A RESERVE! Up for bid is a vintage Lawrance & Grundy England Falcon ware deco jug / pitcher with a lovely cottage and floral pattern, ca 1920's - 1950's. We got this at an old Estate sale, but the exact age is not known. Please excuse the glares, white spots or shadows. The jug is in very good condition with light use wear and light crazing and there are No chips, cracks, nicks, repairs or hairlines. The jug's background is hand painted with sky, clouds, and land and features irises, cottage and bridge, which the scene is signed; BRIDGEMERE * TR. It measures approx. 5 1/2" tall by 4 1/2" long from pour spout to deco handle and 4" wide. The very bottom is marked with an imprint of: 216 * MADE IN * ENGLAND and in black; ENGLAND * (L over a G) * FALCON WARE * 5124 (in blue). Folks, this is a lovely vintage Lawrence & Grundy deco jug and it would go wonderful in a collection or home. ***** ~ GUARANTEED AS DESCRIBED ***** Our items come directly from local Estate Sales, Auctions, Thrift shops and Yard sales.
