Commemorative & Common Postage Stamps I call this selection NON PERFECT Some stamps are nicked, torn, have a heavy cancellation mark. Could have over lapping stamps, some might be mint unused. various values from 1c to 44c and higher, it looks like a lot of mid value stamps, please look at the images.
