This listing is for an unsearched sealed bank bag of wheat pennies. I bought a bunch of these bags from a garage sale with plans to go through them but I just bought too many and I thought I'd try selling a few. The elderly woman I bought them from said they were her husband's pennies, but he passed away several years ago. She had no clue what years or even how many wheat cents were in the bags. I decided to buy them simply because I could see a few steel cents in almost every bag...I figured if her husband had gone through them he surly would of separated them! Each bag, weighing in at approximately 7 pounds, may range in date from 1909-1958 with mint marks from Philadelphia, Denver, and San Francisco. As a point of reference, every pound usually contains between 145 and 155 wheat pennies, so this lot will contain approximately 1000 pennies, or 20 rolls. The condition of these pennies seem to range from almost uncirculated to very worn.You will receive the sealed and serialized bag in the picture. I don't use stock photos!Shipping in the U.S. only.
