Le Tallec Blue & Gold Design Porcelain Hinged Box Up for auction is an amazing blue & gold porcelain hinged box by Le Tallec. This is one of my favorites with wonderful raised gold scroll work on top and the sides. The color is an incredible blue that just makes a statement. The bottom has the double ii code inbetween the LT dating this piece to 1957. The only flaw is that the rim of the lid has come off and needs to be glued back on. T are a couple little glue marks and one tiny flea bite that is completly covered when the rim is placed back on. Otherwise no cracks or repairs. Purchased at a very high end estate.
