Leak Point One stereo tube preamplifier Here is a used Leak "Point One" tube stereo preamplifier. See the pictures for the condition. This HAS NOT BEEN TESTED ! It is missing the power cord, so I could not test it; but it does have the end adaptor where the cord plugs into the back of the unit. The face has some dings, etc... so I'd grade it a 4/10 to be safe; but the insides (see the photos), look brand new. It has 4 Mullard EF86 tubes that look to be fine (but untested). I took the covers off of the tubes for the photos. On the inside of the top cover it is stamped "inspected 11 March 1959" Three of the front knobs are missing the little plastic "covers", and the knob for the rumble switch(?) is missing. The bottom "feet" are also missing. It does come with some rca cables(original?) that were connected to it. The back has the power cord input on the far left, with an 8pin socket next to it (the 8pin connecting cord is supplied with it !) I guess that the 8pin cord is for connecting to a Leak amplifier(??). Next to that is an output labled "output R" (Not sure how this is a "stereo" preamp, if there's only the "R" output..........??) Along the back top (l to r): "record" l & r, "extra" l & r, "tuner" l & r , and "pickup(phono?) l & r. Below them: "extra","tuner" & "pickup" each has an adjustable pot(?) Below these are: "tape read more
