They are NOS (new old stock) and have never been used. They are U.S. Military issue and come complete with (2) keys for the locking belts and duckcloth canvas carrying bag. They are excellent quality and were made specifically for and to the specifications of the U.S. Military. Just click for an interesting website I found with the restraints in use. The keys are also interchangeable with other military issue restraint sets such as those from Humane, Atlas and Bren. This set contains: (2) identical "wrist" restraints with three size adjustments; 7 3/4".......7 1/2".......7 1/4" (2) identical "ankle" restraints with three size adjustments; 10 3/4".......10 1/2".......10 1/4" 36" x 1 1/8" LOCKING leather belt with 10 holes (punched 1.5" apart, starting 3.25" from end) 52" x 1 1/8" LOCKING leather belt with 10 holes (punched 1.5" apart, starting 3.25" from end) Olive drab cloth carrying case with attached cloth handle and snap closure(2) keys The leather cuffs close by inserting the metal hasp through one of the slots and then a belt goes through the hasp. T are many variations on how to secure the cuffs or use the belts - clips, caribiners, rope, chain, etc. Each cuff is lined with a felt-like material and each piece is stamped "Kings Point Mfg. Co." The straps are heavy, natural/tan belting leather.
