On hand and ready to ship! Thank you!

This auction is for a Medieval/Fantasy Style pair of Spiked Leather Bracers and Greaves. The pictures do not do these pieces justice! They have been dyed black with a mottled blood red outline. The bracers are made from two layers of heavy 9 ounce dyed leather. The main, or base piece, gives total coverage of the forearm, while the upper piece gives a double layer of protection over the top and sides of the forearm. I have hand cut, dyed, and sealed these bracers for weather resistance, as well as done some basic line work to give accent details. I have mounted three rows of Dragon Claw spikes over the bracers. The center row is made up of large, 1 5/16", spikes with two rows of smaller, 3/4", spikes, one on either side. These babies are bad ;) These bracers have been made wide so that the "wings" can overlap underneath giving total forearm protection to the wearer. Please keep in mind, huge Popeye style arms may not allow for the overlap and total coverage underneath, but will still cover more of your forearms than most of the bracers available! The greaves are made from two layers of heavy 9 ounce dyed leather. I have hand cut, dyed, and sealed these greaves for weather resistance, as well as done some basic line work to give accent details. I have mounted three rows of Dragon Claw spikes over the bracers. The center row is made up of large, 1 5/16", spikes with two rows of smaller, 3/4", spikes, one on either side.

The straps have been left long so they can be custom cut to length or, as I prefer to do, be folded back under and tucked under the keeper - as shown in the pics below.

Please note: These bracers have been used. I made them for a buddy of mine to wear to the Faire the first couple of weekends. They are used but in great shape. They show some basic signs of wear but nothing major ;) Being used, I am starting the set quite a bit cheaper than they could be purchased from my store.

This is a design I came up with, patterned and made myself. It is not some machine punched piece, produced in bulk and put together by a gaggle of half starved orphan kids.

Please ask any and all questions before the auction closes. Payment is due within 7 days of auction close. If payment is not received within 7 days I will have to be a jerk, post negative and re-list the item. So please don't bid if you don't have the ca$h on hand to pay. I accept Pay Pal, money orders and cashier's checks only. Sorry about the high shipping charges. I ship these buckled and bubble wrapped, rather than flattened out and stuffed in the smallest box humanly possible like many others, in order to preserve the shape Thus I need a slightly larger box. Insurance costs have also been included in this price. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED . I have had far too much trouble with them in the past. Please, if t are ANY problems before, during or after the auction, don't go all psycho negative on me! It will be worked out if handled properly ;) Be sure to check and see if I have any other auctions running, I do combine shipping! Thanks for looking and happy bidding!
