Ball and Chains with Shackles with Key

This is a listing for a ball and chain made of iron marked Leavenworth Prison Kansas in relief.

It comes with one key. Both shackles are open. They open and close nicely. The key has the number 380 on it. No numbers on the shackles that I could see.

The length of the chains are approximately 23" long. The ball measures about 15" round and weighs about 14 3/4 pounds, the entire weight is about 18 pounds. T is surface rust.
