Naptime at Grandma's is the fourth and last doll in this series. She is a 19" Preemie with light skin tone and strawberry blonde hair. Her eyes are closed as she sleeps quietly. Her Night Night Time Face is the creation of Reva Schick. Please note: This doll is New and has been re-dressed. She will come in her original box, with her COA and wrist tag. I also have this doll dressed in her original outfit as she comes from the factory for sale in my Ebay store. When Middleton sold their company, I purchased all of the remaining inventory available for this cute little doll. Store Return Policies: We have been a Doll Retailer since 1985 and Customer Satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our return policy carefully and ask questions before bidding. All dolls in my store are New and have never been removed from their original boxes . Occasionally a doll will be sold as a store display and will be reflected in my item description. All items are inspected prior to shipment to verify that they are in New, undamaged condition. We anticipate that all items will arrive in excellent condition, however if there is a problem with delivery or damage, please email us promptly with the issue. If the doll is lost in shipment or damaged, it will be replaced with the same item. You must have a Return Authorization Number issued by us on your package. Damage: If an item is damaged in transit, please take a photo of the damaged box, and retain all packaging and contact us promptly. We will contact the carrier and file a claim. Sometimes it may take 2 weeks for them to rule on the claims. Photos taken of the damage can expediate the claim process significantly with all carriers. We will be happy to help you choose a doll, if you will email us. Most of the photos in my listings are Stock Photos that have been supplied by the Manufacturer. If you would like an actual photo , please ask, and we will be happy to send you one. NOTE: Subtle variations may occur in hand-crafted items, whether with wigs, painting, materials, clothing or accessories. These are not considered defects and are not returnable as such. Most companies reserve the right to make slight changes from the catalog photos during production if needed, whether in the costume or wig. We cannot accept returns as damaged or defective due to box damage. SHIPPING: Our dolls are shipped by USPS. When Free Shipping is offered, we ship Parcel Post. If you would like faster delivery, we can ship USPS Priority or Express, but with the large dolls, the shipping cost can be very expensive. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Our parcels are shipped by USPS Priority. The prices vary by size of parcel or limitation from each country. Each Country has size limitations for incoming parcels which may dictate whether we can ship a specific larger item to your location. Please contact us prior to purchase to make sure that the item is not too large to ship to your country. We do ship International but the shipping isn't free like some of our Domestic shipping. If you want a shipping quote, please email us before you bid on an item. PLEASE NOTE: International shipping prices does not include any customs fees or taxes that may be assessed by other countries. We are required by our Federal Laws to file an accurate Customs Declaration with each International shipment.
