I charge only the amount billed by USPS or UPS plus a small handling fee to cover the cost of bubble wrap, peanuts, and padded envelopes. I do not set the fees, nor do I adjust the fees that are billed by the carrier. They are not negotiable. I ship almost every day, but once your package leaves my hands, I do not have control over how long the carrier takes to deliver your item. ***International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
