Selling a new Lego Cafe Corner Set 10182. While the set is new, the box is in fair condition with multple creases, denting and significant shelf wear (refer to pictures for detailed deptiction). Also, even though it has its original seals, all four seals are loose and so have collected dust and material to half of their adhesive side (the loose side), making them only slightly sticky on the part that is not securely attached to the box (again, refer to the picture for accurate depiction). While the pictures show the seals "sealed", half of the seal lifts up and has to be "re-stuck". On the positive side, the inside contents can easily be verified as the set is complete with all legos in their original, factory-sealed bags (they have never been opened), along with original baseplates and original instructions. Item will be packaged carefully and shipped quickly via USPS Parcel Post with signature delivery confirmation or signed receipt and also insurance included. My descriptions are to the best of my observation and knowledge. I seek to be honest, but I am not a professional collector, so please look closely at the pictures (I included many so that you could get an accurate depiction). Any errors are unintentional.
