funky*monkey*auctions Here it is!: the extremely hard to find Lego Market Street Set #10190 and it is 100% complete, adult owned incredible realistic building model Lego set with all Lego pieces and minifigures included as well as instruction manual and special custom box I designed for it which is shown in the photos and described below! This cool 4 level Lego house with farmstand/ market on the ground floor was designed by a fan and has all sorts of cool features including a great modular floor plan that allows you to customize by spinning the top level for two unique but cool looks- one with the detailed side to the building in line with the rest, or spin it to move the porch! With a great open rooftop above the market and plenty of space behind, it is easy to customize this set for an even cooler look- even by simply adding some greenery and additional plants. I personally love the blue colors on this set. This was from 2007 and has long since been discontinued and is a very unique and special addition to your Lego town that you do not want to miss! I purchased this set as part of a huge lot of Lego from an adult collector with a very extensive collection that he sold to me as one large lot. He color sorted his Lego and stored this way after receiving them- many were never even built- simply sorted by color into this huge collection and then left and the ones that were assembled, were built once and then disassembled and sorted and stored by color. I purchased his collection to complete and get a few sets that we did not have, but due to the very high cost of the whole collection, I knew the only way I could afford to buy it was if I sorted, inventoried and sold the sets that we already had or did not need- including this set- to help pay for the lot as this was the only way I could buy such an expensive large lot. I have been sorting them one set at a time, back into complete sets. I expected the sorting to be much easier and much faster than it has been, but it unbelievably time consuming to sort such a large set. (In any event, I am working through the sets as fast as I can, but I will list more sets as I can get them inventoried and sorted or if you are looking for a particular one, feel free to write to see if it might be a part of this lot- there are several Batman sets I know and if I have the appropriate set you want, I may be able to do it as one of the next sets I work on to be able to list it sooner for you.) I verified all pieces were here and put into baggies by level instead of the original mixed color sorting as I find this makes it easier to do one level at a time if you are not building the whole model at once so I prefer to sort and store these awesome modular buildings this way! I assembled once to be sure all pieces were there and to take photos for this auction and then bagged into zippered bags by floor and put into the special box I designed for this set. Since the collector I bought this lot from immediately opened and color sorted each Lego set he bought into this extensive collection, he did not save the boxes, so I built a replacement box of a style that I make for some of my favorite Lego sets. It is much more durable than the original box and is a smaller, easy to open and close and easy to store size that fits the manual, baseplates and bags of Legos perfectly. It has a picture of the set and labels on the sides making it easy to identify on a shelf and to know exactly what is inside. The original instruction manual IS included but it was one of a couple of his manuals that seem to have gotten some water on them- mostly on the back and a bit on the front cover as it is much better on the inside. It means the outer pages are a bit wrinkly as is the case when paper gets wet and then dries, but the pages are all intact and the colors did not run or anything so all of the instructions and colors are as they are supposed to be and easy to see and follow and colors on the Lego diagrams are like they were from the start and all pages are present and intact.
