** ** ** Vintage Classic Town Lego 6391 Cargo Center (1984) ** ** ** All pieces and a copy of the instruction manual are included. NOTES: Probably the most fought-over Lego set that we've ever sold, the Cargo Center is VERY rare and sought after by collectors. This set is so much fun to build too! The set has a bunch of extremely rare pieces, including practically every door on the building and is the only set to ever use the blue 2 x 1 slope with the rotary dial phone. It's without a doubt one of my favorites and fun to build. Check out the different pictures and you can see that it folds into one of the best-looking buildings that the Lego designers ever came up with. There is major variation in the shading of the bricks - the blue pieces range from a dark shiny blue to a faded light blue, and the bricks and clear windows have some minor scratches from playwear and being stored with other Lego pieces over the years. But all the stickers are in excellent condition! The sliding garage doors are complete and work wonderfully. NOTE: THE GRAY ANTENNA IS MISSING. But the forklift still has the spring!!The white helmets chinstrap is intact. Neither baseplate has any warping or damaged studs, they do have the usual scuff marks and scratches though.This is really a wonderful example of a hard-to-find set and some collector is going to be very happy. DO NOT MISS your chance to finally pick this one up for your classic town collection! If the set includes white, blue, or grey pieces (in particular), some are probably yellowed from exposure and the set is almost surely a little dusty from storage, but that's how you know it's the real deal. We sell about 30 sets a week and are SERIOUS about combining shipping to save you money. If you win multiple auctions, ask for an invoice and we will give you the combined shipping price. The additional cost for shipping 2-3 small Lego sets together or including a few smaller sets with a larger one you win are minimal, so you are encouraged to bid on multiple auctions and save on shipping. U.S. buyers can pick from weight-based or flat rate Priority Mail, so tell us which one you prefer when you ask for an invoice. Weight-based will probably be cheaper for West Coast buyers and flat rate is probably cheaper for everyone else. If you buy lots and lots of sets, we're probably going to have to ship by weight-based because they don't make large enough flat rate boxes. We typically ship the Monday after the auctions end if you pay by Paypal during the weekend. The buyer must pay within 5 business days . All buyers are encouraged to get insurance if it's offered. Luckily Legos don't break easily from shipping, but they can still get lost. Bidders Outside the U.S. : We are happy to ship internationally, but as you are probably aware, it can be expensive. The U.S. Postal Service does not have an inexpensive boat-based slow shipping method (everything is by air now). Canadians are lucky and shipping is actually reasonably priced for you as long as you don't use UPS (who charge ridiculous customs fees for Canadians).
