Who wouldn't want a family home in their Lego city setup? This is a really nice build. This set is new, in a sealed box that is in excellent to mint condition. The seals on one side are a little loose, or I would consider it MINT. Please reference all pictures for questions on condition. This set can make three different homes . . . just not all at once . This set was retired over four years ago makes a great collectible. Many of the other houses are selling for three and four times their retail price. Will be shipped in a real cardboard box. Don't get a bad surprise when buying from someone who just wraps their sets in brown paper, or crafts a cardboard box out of scraps, and you end up with a crushed investment. Stored in an environment controlled for temperature and humidity, in a smoke-free and pet-free home. We combine shipping so please look at our other LEGO auctions. Thanks for looking!
