This is a great vintage set that I believe is 99% complete. It might be missing a few small pieces but I don't think it is missing any minifigures. I do not know if it works or not. It does have all the pieces to make it work. This set comes with the box (that is a little worn) and Instructions (that are worn and missing a few pages toward the end).Thanks for looking!
