These are new and sealed in the box (or in the case of 4936 the original bag). These were purchased new by an adult collector. The Doctors Car (7902) and Nurse and Patient (4936) are in excellent condition without damage. The ambulance (7890) shows some light shelf wear and has a few very minor creases on the edges. You can see them on the photos. Hit enlarge to blow up the photos. This ambulance set is really, really hard to find at this point in new, sealed box condition.
