Complete set with all pieces, 10 mini-figures and two of the three instruction manuals. I know all the pieces are there because I helped my son sift through all his Lego bins to find them, order the ones that were missing and then re-assembled in full. You will receive all pieces in 10 ziploc bags that are numbered to match the bags of pieces in the instruction manuals. Set comes with all of the original mini-figures: Harry Potter (and his invisibility cloak) Hermione Granger Professor Dumbledore Professor Flitwick Professor McGonagall Professor Snape Lord Voldemort Filch (and his cat) and 2 dementors Instruction manuals are in good condition (see pictures) with the pages a bit dog-eared. Instruction Manual #2 is missing the cover and pages 1 and 2 (i.e. the first page is page 3). You can download full instructions for assembly online for all three instruction manuals. Two minor caveats: Two small stickers from Dumbledore's office are not included and have been lost despite our repeated effort with the Accio Stickers spell. All other stickers have already been applied. Some of the pieces may have very slightly different shades (of brown, for instance), but nothing a kid would notice.
